Personal Meditative Key-Words, Phrases, Gifts and Symbols from Gildas

Participants at workshops with Ruth White and Gildas often ask Gildas for a personal key word, phrase, gift or symbol as something to work with, reflect on or simply enjoy for the coming month.

If you are unable to get to workshops but would like a personalised theme to work with, each month or even each fortnight, you can now receive these by post or e-mail. They will be channelled by Ruth, from Gildas and sent out to you on a regular and pre-arranged date.

The cost is £10 per communication, which means: £10 per month for one communication each month or £20 per month for two communications. The minimum period for receiving these is six months and the fee for this period should be paid 'up front' at the time of arranging the dates for your communications. (i.e. £60 for monthly receipts and £120 for bi-monthly). About Ruth White and Gildas
Ruth White now 64 years old, has been aware of the presence of Gildas, her discarnate guide and teacher for as long as she can remember. She is a trained and accredited counsellor and psychotherapist and has since created many self-growth workshops, healing and channelling courses in consultation with Gildas.

Ruth and Gildas have also written several books together including Working With Your Chakras; A Message of Love; Working With Guides and Angels; Chakras, A New Approach to Healing Your Life; Karma and Reincarnation. All published by Piatkus Books. The latest book is: Energy Healing for Beginners.

Gildas
Ruth's discarnate guide had his last incarnation when he was a Benedictine monk in 14th century France. He says that he is now a part of a large group on the other side who are working to help human potential and the dawning of a new and golden age in the evolution of humanity and the earth. His central teaching is that truth is like a jewel with many facets and that we can only appreciate this jewel when we move away from judgementalism and dogmatic absolutes. He is a wise, patient and often humorous mentor.

A diamond safety net of light, beneath & around you; a sanctuary alight with green, gold & pink light; a pool lying in the hollow of a large rock crystal in a mountainous area - your being knows the gift that lies there as you place your hand within; a silver chord of connection to your higher self that brings you extra power & definition with which to make choices; a star whose light will shine into and awaken the depths of your heart centre; 'be still my heart, all Is one; a shower of release to wash away the need to punish self; a walking meditation in inner space. Walk 8 steps in a straight line & then turn and walk 8 steps back affirming 'I am in alignment with my eternal being'.
