Sunday Meetings - 2008

There have been Sunday workshops of Gildas teachings for over sixteen years. These were previously held at Compayne Gardens, in London, the home of Grace Goodman but since Grace’s death in 2002 the group has now been generously invited to meet at the home of Rachel Young at Brecon Cottage, Oakhill Avenue, Pinner, Middlesex HA5 3DL.

The monthly teaching days take the following form: In the morning Ruth channels a substantial talk by Gildas, leaving time for group discussion and the preparation of group questions on the substance of the talk.
After a shared lunch Gildas responds to the group questions leaving time at the end of the afternoon for individual’s more personal questions to be commented on.

There is an established group of people who have been attending regularly. At each meeting the day begins with group sharing and mutual support. New members are always warmly welcomed. You do not have to commit to regular attendance, though you will probably get most out of the experience if you come as often as possible.

January 27th; February 24th; March 30th; April 27th; May 18th; June 22nd; July 27th; August 31st; September 28th; October 26th; November 23rd.

Venue: Brecon Cottage, Oakhill Avenue, Pinner, Middlesex HA5 3DL.
Please arrive from 10.30a.m for an 11a.m. start.
(It is greatly appreciated if you do not arrive before 10.30a.m.).
Each day ends around 4.00 - 4.30 p.m.

Cost: £20 per day. Please bring something for lunch to share, though jacket potatoes will be provided. Please pay by cash if possible, on the day. Cheques to Ruth White.
